DAYCARE: Mrs Taciuk keeps a list of available child minders in our area. If you require daycare or before and after school care, please inquire at the main office! If you wish to have your name REMOVED fromt this list, please contact Mrs Taciuk directly.
Safety News
BUS LOOP CHANGES
Please be aware that as we grow, it is important that our bus loop procedures can handle the flow of people, safely, at the beginning and end of the day. Consequently, we have modified our bus loop procedures. In order to ensure that all of our students enter and exit the bus safely, we are respectfully asking all member of the Robert Munsch community not to walk through the bus loading zone during loading and unloading times. Please use the sidewalk on the east side of the school, just beyond the bus loading zone. We understand that it is a little less convenient for some; however, here at Robert Munsch we believe in safety over convenience.
If you drop your child/ren off in the Kiss and Ride area in the morning, please read the reminders below and ensure that your child/ren goes directly to the back of the school and do not cross through the bus loading zone. We are asking parents to drop students off at, or beyond, the kindergarten pen area. Please help us to ensure that all of our students are safe.
KISS AND RIDE
· Please obey all parking lot signs - including and ESPECIALLY the stop sign south of the bike racks.
· Please do not park in the marked Kiss and Ride zone. This forces cars around your vehicle creating potentially unsafe situations.
· If you anticipate a longer stay at the school, please use the school parking lot.
· Be mindful of pedestrians near the Kiss and Ride area.
· Please do not leave your vehicle unattended and idling in the Kiss and Ride area when dropping students off.
· Please drop your child off at or beyond the Kindergarten pen area, not close to the stop sign.
· Please remind your child to go directly to the back yard and not to walk through the bus loading zone at the front of the school.
We appreciate your cooperation as we work together to ensure our students safety!
